Research Description
Mathematical modeling of infectious disease dynamics: 1. Developing a model-based diagnostic for a stable isotope breath test intended to diagnosis environmental enteric dysfunction using computational and data science tools. 2. Infectious disease mechanistic models and Bayesian parameter estimation methods.
