This is a series of workshops to introduce the R programming language, as well as using R for data management, manipulation and visualization. No prior experience with R is required. These workshops are divided into the following three sessions:
1. The Basics of R — Basic concepts and commands of the R programming language.
2. Data Management and Manipulation — Exploring, organizing and manipulating data using dplyr syntax.
3. Data Visualization – Create informative graphics with improved quality and aesthetics using ggplot2.
It is not required to attend all three sessions. However, sessions are built on each other and it is assumed that participants are familiar with materials presented in earlier sessions.
