My research focuses on developing foundation models and deep learning methods for mass spectrometry–based proteomics, aiming to advance peptide sequencing, biomarker discovery, and precision medicine. I am also interested in applying quantitative health policy analytics to translate computational innovations into improved healthcare systems.
