Sivasankaran Rajamanickam

Sivasankaran Rajamanickam is a distinguished member of technical staff at Sandia National Laboratories. His interest is broadly in the areas of high-performance computing, specifically in machine learning for science, performance portable algorithms for linear solvers and linear algebra/graph kernels, and co-design of algorithms and architectures. Most of his work lies at the intersection of these areas, where interesting opportunities exist to solve problems important to computational science applications. He has received numerous awards, including the R&D 100 Award for the MALA Materials Learning Algorithm and multiple recognitions from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Amazon, and DARPA for his innovative contributions to graph analytics and parallel computing. Dr. Rajamanickam holds a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Florida.
