Los Alamos National Laboratory’s X Computational Physics Division, in cooperation with Theoretical Design, Computer, Computational, and Statistical Sciences, and other related divisions, is pleased to sponsor the 2024 Computational Physics Student Summer Workshop.

The Computational Physics Student Summer Workshop is a 10 week program in which graduate and advanced undergraduate students are invited to spend a summer at Los Alamos National Laboratory working on research teams with LANL staff scientist mentors. As part of the program, students attend a lecture series giving a broad introduction to computational multiphysics. Students also participate in tours, career fairs, and other opportunities to experience what it is like to work at Los Alamos.

Students receive a fellowship stipend, ranging from $9,000 to $15,000 for the summer, depending on academic rank.
